The oldest of Paula's current competition dogs is 5 year old Rival's Split Second Victory. In 2005, Split achieved her NATCH, Outstanding NATCH and Versatility NATCH. They won the Touch N Go National Overall Championship, and got on the podium as the Third Place Overall 20" Elite dog at the 2005 NADAC Championships. In early 2006, Split achieved her Outstanding Versatility NATCH and NADAC's 2500 life-time point award before an injury sidelined her for the rest of the '06 season. Paula and Split returned to competition in 2007 achieving their Elite Triple Triple and Elite Triple Superior Versatility awards. Split was moved to the Elite Skilled division and in 4 months, they qualified for the NADAC championships where they won the overall championship in Gillette, WY. She is presently working on the last few 100 DRI Q's for her Platinum Speedstar Award which represents the fastest clean running dogs in NADAC. |
